I believe you meant eLeavers.com, not Eleavs. As a publisher on eLeavers, you will find the JavaScript ad code directly inside your publisher account.
After signing up and getting approved as a publisher:

Log in to your eLeavers publisher account.

Go to the section called Create Ad Code.

Generate the ad code for the ad units you want to display.

Copy the code and paste it into the HTML source of your website, between the
<body>and</body>tags, at the exact locations where you want ads to appear.
Keep in mind that ads may not show immediately after pasting the code. They will begin displaying once your website and account are fully approved by the eLeavers team.
